What’s Changing?

Starting 18 November 2025, Companies House will begin enforcing mandatory identity verification (IDV) for:

1. Company directors

2. People with Significant Control (PSCs)

3. Members of LLPs (Limited Liability Partnerships)

These changes are part of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, designed to combat fraud and improve trust in UK business.
