Expertise and Experience
Luke began his career in accountancy at the age of 18 having completed his A levels. He then spent three years working on business accounts, but slowly began specialising in trust accounts and tax compliance and advisory.
Over the next six years, he developed his expertise in this area while working for several large firms in the Leeds area within their specialist trust departments.
He has since expanded into inheritance tax planning and compliance, thus becoming more rounded in all aspects of the day-to-day administration of trusts.
He has always been interested in assisting people with their later life planning and believes that those who spend their lives creating wealth for their family should be able to preserve that wealth and pass it down to future generations.
Interests outside of work
Luke’s main hobby is rugby league, both as a player and spectator. He is a season ticket holder for Castleford Tigers and has enjoyed the highs and lows of being a fan for more than 30 years. He also enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife and two French Bulldogs.
